The Hannibal Park garden in the center of Port El Kantaoui impresses with exotic plants, fountains, and a replica of the Carthaginian harbor. Two 18-hole golf courses of international standard make the place popular with golfers as well. Those who want to experience Tunisian culture and history will find a UNESCO World Heritage Medina in Sousse - just 6 kilometers away - featuring the impressive Ribat, a fortress from the 8th century. From Germany, it takes just over three hours to fly to Enfidha or Monastir, both airports are only 30 to 45 minutes from Port El Kantaoui. The best travel time is from May to October, with the spring months of April and May being particularly pleasant.
